Return policy

We place great importance on customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with your Hornet 750 Conversion Kit (Round Headlight) , please see the conditions below for making a return.

🔄 Return deadline

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

📦 Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The kit must be unused, unassembled and in its original condition .

• All components must be returned in their original packaging , with the protections intact.

• No returns will be accepted if the product has been modified, painted, drilled or damaged after receipt.

🚚 Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (non-compliant or defective product upon delivery).

• In case of exchange or refund, this will be processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

To initiate a return, please contact us at the following address: contact@skavi.fr indicating:

• Your order number

• The reason for return

• Photos of the product if a defect is found

We will then tell you what to do next.

❗Exceptions

• Customized or made-to-order products (e.g. specific finish, custom adaptation) are neither returned nor exchanged .

• We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
